Code of Conduct
It is considered self-evident that guests have read, understood and accepted the contents of this Code of Conduct before using the accommodation facilities.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.
Check in / Check out
Please, indicate your approximate time of arrival in the online booking form, or in an email sent to info@metropolishostel.hu. Check-in time is between 3.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. If you arrive before 3.00 p.m. or after 10.00 p.m., please send a note in advance to one of our available contact addresses.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out is permitted, subject to capacity, for a surcharge of €5. Please let us know at the reception at least 1 day in advance if you require late check-out.
Payment is due upon arrival and payable by cash or credit card.
Guests
The Hostel may not be visited by anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or … Medication. Failure tocomply will result in immediate eviction without a reimbursement of the accommodation fee.
Metropolis Hostel guests may not receive guests within the hostel area.
Kitchen
Responsibility
Please always carry your key card with you. If you leave the hostel and lose the key, a €50 fee will be added to your bill.
Guests may use the Hostel’s appliance and furnishing at their own responsibility.
In case of any damages, guests shall accept the Hostel’s claim for damages and shall assume all other costs incurred in connection with the payment of damages.
Code of Conduct
Please refrains from smoking within the hostel and the apartment building. Smoking is only permitted outside of the building on the street.
Please do not make noise! We have a zero noise policy, where noisy guests will be asked to leave immediately without a reimbursement of the accommodation fee.
In case we receive complaints for noise, the landlord will immediately call the police with a further €300 fine for the person causing the noise.
Please refrain from all loud or disturbing activities between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. that may disturb other people’s relaxation. Failure to comply will result in eviction without a reimbursement of the accommodation fee.
The TV in the dormitory room may be used between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Deviation from this rule requires the consent of all guests.
